In 2023, Reinaldo and Mariel relocated to the United States. The band underwent a transformation, and re-emerged as Two Looping Vibes, a duo driven by an unbreakable musical bond. The name reflects their unwavering connection through music, sustaining a perpetual loop of passion and creativity.
Now based in Fort Myers, Florida, Two Looping Vibes were the winners of “Rock the Stage 2023”, the largest music competition in Southwest Florida, produced by the Lewis P. Tabarrini Children’s Music Outreach Foundation with partner School of Rock Fort Myers, solidifying their status as part of the area’s vibrant music community. From small, intimate performances to large venues, Two Looping Vibes captivates audiences, showcasing Mariel Calmell’s amazing vocals, acoustic guitar mastery, and percussive finesse alongside Rey Martinez’s electrifying guitar work and soulful harmonies.
As they prepare to unveil their new EP soon, Two Looping Vibes welcomes Cami Vera on bass and Christian Gomez on drums, expanding their sonic palette and elevating their live performances to new heights.
